Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a case for $800,000. His client was the operator of a rideshare vehicle that was struck in the rear in a hit and run collision. His client suffered injuries to his neck which required surgery. Jay was able to obtain a settlement with the rideshare company’s underinsurance carrier prior to litigation and/or arbitration and was able to obtain an excellent result for his client in a challenging venue.
