Brooklyn Man Seriously Injured in Fall at Work
WRSMH was able to obtain a settlement in the amount of $425,000 on behalf of a forty year old man from Kings County. The man was working as a building porter when he was caused to fall at work due an improperly maintained hallway floor. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to his knee which required surgery.
