Douglas A. Milch, of Counsel for WRSMH, recently obtained a $975,000.00 settlement for a 55-year-old Brooklyn County resident who tripped on a defective metal plate installed at the foot of a gas station fuel pump. The client, a NYC Buildings Inspector, was thrown to the ground because the plate had been installed unevenly with the floor surface of the fueling service island. The client was forced to undergo elbow surgery as a result of the fall.
