Rear End Truck Crash

Our client was on Riverside Drive in Manhattan headed north. He was stopped at a red light when he was rear ended by the food services truck. Our client did not receive medical treatment immediately. One month later he went to his doctor and he complained of shoulder and knee pain. He later underwent arthroscopies of his shoulder and knee.
