WRSMH attorney Tom Pardo secured a $1.85 million dollar settlement for a client who injured her neck when she fell down stairs. The client said the step was loose causing her to fall. Tom was able to secure the settlement despite that both the defendant and plaintiff’s own expert did not find any step to be loose.
