Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a case for $3,250,000 with a waiver of a $250,000 workers’ compensation lien. Jay’s client was a 48-year-old construction worker who was struck by an excavator at a construction site. He suffered injuries to his neck, back, and knee, which required surgery. Jay was able to settle this case at a mediation and obtain an excellent result for his client.
