Wingate Russotti Shapiro Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney Konstantin Burshteyn secured a $1,100,000 settlement for our client who was involved in an elevator accident. Our client was a passenger in an elevator, descending a five-story building in New York City, when the elevator struck a door lock in the elevator shaft which caused the elevator to abruptly stop. As a result of the Defendant’s negligence, our client reaggravated a prior neck injury and injured his knees. He was caused to have a cervical fusion and knee arthroscopy.
