Jay’s undocumented client was a laborer on a construction site who tripped and fell on debris. Jay moved for and was granted summary judgment. Jay’s client suffered injuries to his neck and back, both of which required surgical intervention. Jay’s client also suffered injuries to his knee, which required arthroscopic surgery. Jay was able to procure a favorable settlement on the eve of the trial.
