Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a motor vehicle case for $1,750,000. The case involved contested liability where both drivers blamed the other driver. Jay’s client suffered a torn ligament in his knee and cervical herniations, both of which required surgery. His client also injured his lower back, which required non-invasive treatment. Jay was able to settle the case prior to trial at a mediation.
