New York Wrongful Death - Construction Accident
WRSMH attorney Noah Katz settled a case prior to trial in the amount of $9.945 million on behalf of the family of our client, now deceased. The case involved a union construction worker who was struck by a metal object. The heavy metal object became dislodged because the contractors failed to secure it properly. As a result, the worker tragically died. We represented the client’s wife and five children. The case was resolved expeditiously well before trial.
