Congratulations to WRSMH attorney Jay Wechsler, who recently settled a case for $850,000. Jay’s client was a 29-year-old construction worker who was compounding the ceiling on a construction site; as he descended from the ladder, the ladder collapsed, and he fell to the ground. The client suffered torn ligaments in his left ankle and left shoulder, which each required arthroscopic surgeries. Jay was able to settle this case after a mediation.
