Surgery to Both Knees and Right Shoulder
Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP attorney, Victor Goldblum, obtained a settlement of $740,000.00 for our 35 year old client who was driving and was hit by another vehicle while exiting an intersection. Defendant argued that at the time of the accident, his vehicle was at a stop. We successfully argued at a pre-trial conference that the defendant was actually in the midst of making a left turn and struck our client’s vehicle. As a result of the accident, our client had surgery to both of his knees as well as his right shoulder. The case was settled prior to trial.
