Passenger Injured in an Intersection Accident
WRSMH obtained a settlement on behalf of a thirty-five year old man from the Bronx. The man was a passenger in a livery taxi driving in the Bronx when the taxi collided with another vehicle at an intersection. As a result of the accident, our client suffered injuries to his knee which required surgery. During the trial, the firm successfully settled the case for $690,000.
