WRSMH attorney Tom Pardo obtained a $1.45 million settlement for a client who required neck surgery as a result of her bathroom ceiling collapsing on her. Despite the defendant’s denials, Tom was able to prove the defendant knew about problems with the ceiling but did nothing to repair it before it collapsed onto the client.
