WRSMH attorney Tom Pardo secured a $2.25 million settlement for a client who was injured when a portion of the ceiling in her apartment collapsed on her. The client injured her neck and her knee in the accident, requiring surgeries for both. Tom was able to show that the client’s landlord had ignored the client’s prior complaints about the ceiling.
