Maya has devoted her legal career to representing people who have been injured through the negligence of others, working tirelessly to advocate for her clients and ensuring each gets the compensation they deserve for their injuries. Before joining Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, Maya worked at other well-known personal injury law firms in New York City and brings a wealth of experience to her personal injury practice.

Maya graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northeastern University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Spanish.
