Mr. Izzo graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2001, subsequently earning his Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Law Center in 2007. He has been a member of the New York Bar since 2008, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Additionally, Mr. Izzo is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Arbitrators Association.
Mr. Izzo’s specialties encompass wrongful death, construction accidents, labor law, union law, product liability, workers’ compensation, truck and car accidents, and slip and falls. He brings a wealth of experience handling complex civil ligation against billion-dollar corporations such as: Uber, Lyft, Bovis Construction, Lear Construction Management, and The Safra Group.
Mr. Izzo was born and raised in the Bronx. He comes from a hardworking, blue-collar union family. His passion for his clients derives from witnessing the firsthand struggles that occur when an on-the-job injury takes place. Mr. Izzo has represented injured Union workers in almost every area of work, including: Local 3, Local 79, Teamsters, Local 72, Local 20, DC 4, Local 1109, Local 780, Local 94, Local 45, Local 40, and Local 147, just to name a few.
