Curt Schiner is a partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP. Curt brings over 20 years’ experience as a former trial partner at a well-known New York City defense firm. Curt’s unique perspective involves knowing first-hand how to identify the defenses used by adversaries early on in a case, which he hand tailors the prosecution of theories to advance a client’s case for a successful resolution. Additionally, Curt brings a wealth of knowledge on the process insurance carriers use to evaluate cases, which assists in streamlining the best outcome and a timely resolution for his cases. Curt obtained his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University and his law degree from Western Michigan University. His practice specializes in construction/labor law and premises accident litigation.
