As a native New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx, I take special pride in representing my fellow New Yorkers who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. I feel a special connection to the people I represent, since I grew up on the same streets and in the same neighborhoods.

About Mitchell Kahn

Mitchell specializes in construction accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile accidents and wrongful death. He is frequently retained by other firms to handle depositions and trials in some of their toughest and most catastrophic cases. He maintains professional memberships in the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Mitchell graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, State University of New York at Albany and the Bronx High School of Science. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York since 1992. He is admitted to practice law in all courts in New York State, and in the United State District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mitchell takes great satisfaction in being able to help individuals whose lives have been turned upside down as a result of an accident and through no fault of their own.
