Fracture of Left Proximal Humerus Requiring Surgical Repair

WRSMH attorney Clifford H. Shapiro obtained a recovery of $175,000 for a 14-year-old boy who was chased by a counselor at sleep away camp. Apparently, after the counselors played a practical joke on the campers, one of counselors chased after our infant client, tackling him and knocking him down to the ground. As a result of the this incident, the infant client sustained a displaced comminuted fracture of his left proximal humerus, requiring surgical repair.
