94 Year Old Hit by a Car While Crossing the Street
WRSMH secured a settlement of $100,000 on behalf of a 94 year old woman who was hit by a car while crossing a New York City Street. As a result of the contact, the client sustained 5 fractured ribs. Despite the fact that the client testified she did not see the vehicle either before or after the impact, the firm was able to secure a settlement during the Defendant’s deposition.
The Defendants argued in the case that the car never made contact with the client, and the client simply collapsed in front of the Defendants’ vehicle.
