WRSMH attorney Tom Pardo secured a $2.75 million settlement for a client who injured her back requiring a two-level fusion surgery. The client slipped and fell in her bathroom due to plaster and debris falling from a leaking ceiling. When the defendant failed to produce a crucial witness, Tom was able to get the witness excluded from testifying, and then convinced the Court that the accident was the defendant’s fault as a matter of law without the need for a trial.
