Motor Vehicle Accident
WRSMH attorney, Cliff Shapiro, obtained a settlement in the amount of $300,000 for a 47-year-old man who was exiting a driveway when he collided with the defendant's motor vehicle. As a result of this accident, our client sustained injuries to his cervical and lumbar spine, requiring him to undergo a spinal fusion surgery, as well as injuries to his wrist and left shoulder.
The defendants argued that the accident was our client's fault, since the defendant driver had the right of way and our driver was exiting a driveway and should have seen him. Although the defendants contested liability, Cliff was able to obtain a very favorable settlement for our client.
