Douglas A. Milch, of Counsel for WRSMH, recently obtained a $585,000.00 settlement for a 48-year-old Queens Construction worker who tripped and fell on steel beams being stored at a construction site. The client was forced to undergo arthroscopic repair to his wrist to fix cartilage torn in the fall.
