WRSMH attorney Thomas Pardo procured a $1.25 million dollar settlement during a mediation for a client whose neck was injured when an apartment ceiling collapsed on her. Tom was able to secure the settlement despite the fact that the client had two ensuing accidents with lawsuits claiming subsequent injuries to her neck.
