WRSMH attorney Cliff Shapiro obtained a recovery in the amount of $300,000 for a 33-year-old woman who tripped and fell on a missing area of cement approximately 4" x 6" and 2" deep, in front of an electronic store. The client sustained a fractured left distal fibula, which did not require surgery. There was no claim for loss of earnings and obviously, the client was very satisfied with the results.
