Medical Malpractice - Surgical Malpractice

Jason Rubin reached a $475,000 settlement in a medical malpractice case involving a woman who underwent a laminectomy for a disc herniation at the L3-4 disc level. Instead of performing the surgery at L3-4, the spinal surgeon negligently operated at the L2-3 level. Plaintiff continued to experience leg and back pain for several months and was required to undergo further surgery at the correct level.
