New York Premises Liability Case

A portion of a concrete wall façade of a building in Brooklyn fell and struck our client on the head. At the time of the accident, our client was 27 years old and lived in the building where the accident occurred. As a result of being struck, our client suffered injuries to his neck, necessitating surgery. The insurance carrier for the building initially offered $250,000.00 to settle the case. WRSMH attorney Victor Goldblum prepared the case for trial. On the eve of trial, the matter was settled by WRSMH attorney Clifford Shapiro for $940,000.00.
