Slip and Fall on Sidewalk in front of Apartment
Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP secured a settlement of $200,000 on behalf of a 61 year old client who was injured while walking on the sidewalk in front of her own apartment building. While walking on the sidewalk, the client was caused to trip and fall due to an appliance leveler being left on the sidewalk from a delivery to the building that occurred hours before.
As a result of this fall, the client fractured her wrist which required surgery. The client suffered from residual but related nerve damage in her wrist and arm due to the injuries she sustained.
